Letting negotiators always come in at the bottom level of letting companies; often like interns they may be offered a full-time job at the end of an extended trial period.

Far from what the job title might suggest, letting negotiators have a wide range of duties within a letting company, from arranging viewings and organising meetings with possible tenants and landlords to negotiating offers on the behalf of landlords. Their success during this period is offered measured by a mixture of opinion and pure, tangible sales figures.
