The role of a property asset manager is to create initiatives which ensure that targets are met in terms of capital income returns.

In terms of employers, asset managers tend to be hired by private investors or property companies.

On a day to day basis they would oversee and manage the portfolio of a company or investor.

While most Property Asset managers focus on a wide range of property from offices to housing, some focus on more specific areas.

Asset managers tend to work closely with the fund managers, consulting with them on a day to day basis.
