A property fund manager’s role is similar to that of an investment manager. The job of the fund manager will to take responsibility for the investments of companies or specific individuals’ pension trust funds.

The role encompasses the full plethora of buying and selling bonds, shares, property and other investments which will then be trusted to relay the success or failure of these investments back to the initial investor, be it an individual or company.

Fund managers, irrespective of how esoteric their strategies are, basically manage assets.
