A new £12m hotel has announced plans to create up to 180 full and part-time jobs. Hotel group Tullymore House has bought the former Scottish Mutual building which is located opposite Belfast City Hall. The group also own the Galgorm Resort and Spa in County Antrim.MORE >

Numbers claiming dole decreases again

The number of people claiming unemployment benefits in Northern Ireland has fallen again. In May the number claimed the dole dropped by 200. This is the first time in six years that the figure has decreased four months in a row. The total number now claiming the dole stands at 64,100.MORE >
