Plans for a new £50 million business park could create around 2,500 jobs if approved. Located between Leeds and Selby The Gentrool Estate Group will transform a 90-acre site at Sherburn-in-Elmet into a business and employment park. If given planning permission, it is hoped that it will revive the local economy and attract entrepreneurs and businesses from outside the region.MORE >
